Surface Cutlery - Spoon

Surface cutlery by Sergio Herman

"The shape, of this Surface cutlery, is based on the classic French restaurant cutlery I have worked with for 25 years in the ‘Oud Sluis’, and which I have also chosen for ‘Pure C’ and ‘The Jane’. Why change something that is near perfect? I did not, and I am extremely proud of the resulting Surface Collection cutlery, because I am convinced that this cutlery collection provides the solution to the disadvantages of well-known restaurant silverware. The stone-washed finish gives the spoons, knives and forks that con- temporary look I wanted them to have, and makes them very well- suited for everyday use. All the ingredients for eating in style are there!" _ Sergio Herman
